Starting from the publication of the amounts on Pay Days, the balance is processed in two monthly windows, depending on the date you perform the Check-Out.

1οΈβ£ What is Check-Out and why is it necessary?
β The Check-Out is the procedure through which you authorize the payment of accrued royalty amounts, while simultaneously confirming your payment method.
β You can perform the Check-Out directly from your Soundreef account in the Payments > Your Balance section.
β The Check-Out is also used to accept the tax receipt that will be automatically generated (in the case of authors).
β If you are a Publisher, the Check-Out allows you to view the amounts to be included in your invoice.

π Note: If you do not perform the Check-Out, the royalties will remain in your profile balance until you do so.
2οΈβ£ When are royalties credited?
β The payment of royalties occurs in two monthly windows:
If you perform the Check-Out by the 5th of the month, you will receive the balance by the 6th.
If you perform the Check-Out by the 19th of the month, you will receive the balance by the 20th.
β Minimum payment threshold:
The payment of royalties is made only if the balance is equal to or greater than 10 euros.
If the amount is lower, it will be accumulated in subsequent calculations.

β Log in to your Soundreef Members account.
β Go to the Payments > Your Balance section.
β Check the available amounts and click on Check-Out.

π Note: After performing the Check-Out (and sending the invoice, in the case of publishers), the payment will be processed on the first available date, depending on the monthly window we are in.

β PayPal β Immediate credit to your PayPal account. Remember to accept the incoming balance if requested.
β Bank transfer β Direct credit to your bank account (consider your bank's processing times).

β If you use bank transfer, verify that the IBAN is written correctly.
