❓ Why can't I see the Royalty section anymore? When does this happen?

📌 Introduction

If, upon accessing the Royalty section of your Soundreef account, you see the message

🎵💰"We are calculating your royalties and you will see them here shortly"🎵💰

it means that the data related to your royalties and payments are temporarily unavailable because Soundreef is processing the calculation of your earnings, due to the nearest pay day.


1️⃣ What does this message mean?

The message appears when the data is being updated, as the next quarterly pay day approaches.
✔ During the calculation of royalties for the last quarter, the data in the Royalty and Payments sections are temporarily unavailable, to ensure the correct processing of updated amounts.
✔ Once the process is completed, the data will be visible again in your account.

📌 Note: The calculation of royalties occurs periodically in line with the Pay Day calendar.


2️⃣ When will the data be visible again?

The Royalty and Payments sections will be regularly accessible as soon as the calculation is completed.
✔ We will notify you as soon as your royalties are available.

📌 Note: Enable Soundreef notifications in App → Settings to receive an immediate alert when the data has been updated.
