Soundreef monitors over 26,000 radio and TV broadcasters worldwide, tracking songs in real-time. Thanks to a 100% analytical tracking system, date, time, and channel of each broadcast are recorded, with 24/7/365 coverage.

The detected broadcasts are cross-checked with the official reports from Radio/TV broadcasters, which by law are required to provide the playlist of the songs they air. This check ensures maximum accuracy in reporting and royalty attribution.

In the Monitoring section of your account, you will find the radio/TV broadcast detections of your music, which are the results of our monitoring on radio and television.

In this section, you can view:

1️⃣ Radio and TV Monitoring → chart showing the trend of your broadcasts over the selected time period, which you can filter from one month to a year.
2️⃣ Broadcast Details → for each individual broadcast, you will find the song title, artist name, date and time of the broadcast, radio/TV channel, program, and duration of the broadcast.
3️⃣ Report of Songs with Most Broadcasts → shows the number of broadcasts for each title.
4️⃣ Channel Details → displays the number of broadcasts for each individual radio/TV channel.
5️⃣ Radio/TV Broadcast Details by Country → divides the broadcasts based on the country of transmission.

📌 To facilitate your search, you always have filters available to select:

✔ Time Period

✔ Radio/TV Channel

Royalties are reported following the receipt of the official reports from radio/TV stations, which by law are sent to the collecting society once a year, for all uses of the previous year.

✔ Broadcasts aired during the year are reported between the July and October pay-days of the following year.

Radio/TV usages outside Italy are collected through reciprocal agreements, reporting timings may depend on the local collecting society.

📌 Note: The Monitoring is an additional tool that allows you to view your detected broadcasts in real-time, but the final reporting is done by cross-referencing the data with the official reports from radio/TV broadcasters. Even if a broadcast does not appear in the Monitoring in your account, it will still be included in the report, as it is recorded in the official data from radio and TV.

✔ If one of my broadcasts does not appear in the Monitoring, does it mean it won't be reported?
No, it absolutely does not mean that. Monitoring is an additional service, and reporting is done by cross-checking the data with those provided by the broadcasters.

✔ Where can I see the data of my broadcasts?
Access the Monitoring section of your Soundreef account and use the filters to view detailed statistics of your broadcasts songs.

Soundreef's Radio/TV Monitoring is a service that allows you to view the broadcast of your songs on monitored stations. Remember that the final reporting is done by comparing the data with those from the yearly reports of the broadcasters. You will still receive your royalties, even if the broadcast does not appear in the Monitoring.
