Check if you have an active mandate with another collecting society for all rights or only for some.
If you are registered elsewhere, you will need to terminate or opt-out the mandate with your current collecting society first.
π Note: To avoid management conflicts, Soundreef can only reactivate your account once the mandate with other collecting societies for the same rights has ended.

Your Soundreef ID (if you remember it).
Your name with IPI code.
