✔ If you wish to update the email address associated with your account, include it in the request.
✔ Soundreef Support team will update the email and provide you with instructions to access your profile again.

📌 Note: Once the email address is updated, you will no longer be able to access with the previous one.

✔ Once your email address has been updated, you can reset the password on your own.
✔ Go to the login page and click on "Recover Password" to receive an email with the reset link.

📌 Note: For security reasons, the Support team cannot directly provide you with a new password.
