If your royalty payment has not yet been credited, check the following aspects to ensure everything is in order.

Follow these steps to identify the possible cause and, if necessary, contact Soundreef Support.


1️⃣ Have you completed the Check-Out in the Payments section?

βœ” Access the Payments > Your Balance section and ensure you have completed the Check-Out to request payment.
βœ” If you have not completed the Check-Out, royalties cannot be paid out by our administrative offices, so they will remain in your balance until you do so.

πŸ“Œ Note: The payment is not processed automatically; you need to complete the Check-Out personally from your account.


2️⃣ Always keep in mind the payment timelines

βœ” If you completed the Check-Out by the 5th of the month, the balance will be paid by the 6th.
βœ” If you completed the Check-Out by the 19th of the month, the balance will be paid by the 20th.

πŸ“Œ Note: Payments are processed in twice a month. Therefore, keep in mind the technical date within which your balance falls, depending on the date you completed the Check-Out.


3️⃣ Have you correctly entered your Payment Information?

βœ” Check that your correct details are present in the Payment Information section.
βœ” Ensure that the selected payment method is valid and active.
βœ” If you use PayPal, check that the email address is correct.
βœ” If you use bank transfer, verify that the bank details are correct.

4️⃣ If you are a publisher with a tax residence in Italy, have you sent and uploaded the electronic invoice to your account?

βœ” Publishers with a tax residence in Italy must send an electronic invoice to receive royalty payments.
βœ” Ensure you have filled out the invoice with the correct billing details, always available in the Payments section of your account.

5️⃣ Have you reached the minimum payment threshold?

βœ” Royalties are paid only upon reaching a minimum threshold of 10 euros.
βœ” If your balance is less than 10 euros, it will remain accumulated in your account until the minimum threshold is exceeded.

6️⃣ Considerations on the payment method

βœ” If you use PayPal β†’ Ensure you have accepted the incoming payment on your PayPal account. Some accounts require manual confirmation to receive the balance.
βœ” If you use bank transfer β†’ Consider the bank processing times, which may vary depending on your bank and the country of credit.


7️⃣ Contact Soundreef Support

If you have checked all the points above and the payment has not yet been credited, contact Soundreef Support, providing your Soundreef ID or your name with IPI code in the message.

If already processed following Check-Out, the balance may be returned, and in that case, we will notify you so that you can process it again with the correct details.
βœ” Always ensure your payment details are updated in the Payments -> Payment Information section of your account.
