What information do I need to provide?

Are you a Songwriter or a Publisher?

• Songwriter: if you write the lyrics or compose the music of your songs, select this option. You can register a Songwriter position only as an Individual. 
• Publisher: if you own a publishing company, select the Publisher option and provide all the required Company details. As for Italian Publishing Companies: please, note that in order to invoice copyright royalties in Italy as a Publisher, you must be a Legal Entity. Therefore, it is not possible to register a Publisher profile as an Individual, even if you are a Freelancer or Self-employed with a VAT number.

Enter your personal information

Provide your personal information, which will be included in the Membership Agreement.

An Alias/Artistic name is optional and does not affect the collection of your royalties in any way.

How would you like to receive your royalties?

Let us know the Payment Method where we will transfer the royalties you’ve earned:

• Bank Transfer: enter your bank account details for royalty payments.
• PayPal: provide the email address associated with your PayPal account.
