All right holders (for example, songwriters, content providers, aggregators, record labels and so on) can register, as long as they comply with our requirements.

You can register with us if:

• you own or control 100% of the master and publishing rights for the music you want to register with our background music service
• the music you want to register with us is either not registered with a collecting society, or is registered with ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, APRA, SIAE or SGAE
• your music isn’t already registered with more than one collecting society or PRO

You are more than likely able to register with Soundreef even if you are a member of another Collecting Society, but we can only advise on a case by case basis.
