The membership agreement for background rights is non-exclusive and it covers the whole world except the US and Canada. It can be terminated at any time with 60 days’ written notice, your rights will still be 100% yours.
You can also collect royalties with Soundreef for live events, radio & tv, online and mechanical rights if you activate the services. The membership agreement for this type of rights is exclusive (background rights remain non-exclusive). This Agreement, for the Collecting services, can be terminated with 60 days written notice, or by the Member using the “Terminate Membership” button in his/her account, and termination is effective at the end of the calendar year when the 60 day notice period ends.
