We are not sure whether we control 100% of the publishing and recording rights. How can we find out?

It depends on what you have agreed with your band members, publishers or labels. You could show them the membership agreement you have made with us, and ask their opinion, or we could speak to them on your behalf. Get in touch if you'd like any help with this.
