If you are logging in for the first time, remember that (only for this login) we will ask you to verify your Contact Information, both email and phone number. As soon as you enter your account, a verification code will be sent to you; once you receive it and enter it in the designated field, you will be able to access your Soundreef Profile.

Some tips for the login process:

• remember that the Access Link for Soundreef Members is this one
• make sure you’ve typed your Email and Password correctly before clicking "Login" button
• watch out for any spaces in either field — spaces are read as additional characters
• if you don’t remember your Password, no worries! Just select the "Recover Password" option and follow the reset instructions sent to your email
• remember that the email address you need to enter during login is the one linked to your Soundreef account — the one you registered with when signing up for Soundreef

If you don’t remember either of your credentials, you can contact our Customer Service, and we will help you recover the details you need (you will, of course, need to provide your personal information for privacy reasons).

If you access your account more frequently from a mobile device, don’t forget to download the Soundreef App. You can easily manage your account from the App, with all functionalities available (including Works Registration!).
