We ask you to upload the mp3 files to your registrations, no lyrics or scores are required.
You can upload the mp3 files later though, after the registration, but until then we won't be able to do real-time radio and TV monitoring, nor you'll be able to request a free Blockchain certification (we talk about it here).
Once you have signed the List of Works, you can upload your .mp3 files in the format .mp3 128kbps, 44.1 kHz, joint stereo format; if you need help converting your files, see here http://online-audio-converter.com/ or here https://support.apple.com/it-it/HT204310
If you want to add them later on, select Activities>Versions /ISRC next to the song.
