The only obligation for our rights-holders is to create the event (at least 10 days before) on the Soundreef account - you can find that explained step by step here.

   However, the organizer must apply for a license:

• Either from LEA alone, for an event where 100% of the music played is managed by us - in this case, with savings of 20% to 50%, depending on the license;
• Or from both LEA and SIAE, for an event with mixed administration, i.e. where music is also played that's not administered by Soundreef is also played (or where the rights-holders are affiliated with different collecting societies) - in this case, the costs are calculated proportionally between the collecting societies.

In the latter case, it's important that the rights-holder registers both the setlists in the account and in SIAE so that the pro rata costs can be calculated correctly.
