Yes, but first you must resign from the collecting society with which you've got a contract.
If your collecting society is SIAE, fill out this form and send it by August 31 by email to comunicazioni.siae@pec.siae.it or by registered mail with return receipt to SIAE Customer Service - Viale della Letteratura 30, 00144 Rome,Italy - along with your proof of ID.
The agreement with SIAE is valid until the end of the year, and from January 1st you can subscribe to Soundreef as described here - don't forget to send us a copy of your termination letter.
