This can happen for two reasons: either your co-songwriters/publishers aren't registered with Soundreef, or they've provided a different email address than the one they used to subscribe to Soundreef.

In the first case, this isn't a problem. However, if they're also registered in Soundreef and you need to edit the email address, you've got two options:

1. if you've already created the List of works (so you won't see the names which are greyed out in the system), write to us via the help widget or the contact form and we'll do it for you;
2. if you haven't created the List of works yet, it means that your registration isn't finished and you can change anything you want, including the email address - just select the track, click Actions> Continue/Edit and change the address at step 2.
